At Vitality Wellness Med Spa, we take pride in providing high-quality services, medical-grade treatments and professional care. Due to the nature of our services and product lines, all sales are final. This includes:
• Booking fees
• Treatment services
• Packages or memberships
• Medical-grade skincare products
• Injectable services
• Retail purchases
• Pre-paid sessions
Once a service is purchased or performed, or once a product leaves our facility, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Many of our treatments produce results over time and can vary based on individual factors such as skin condition, lifestyle, aftercare, and personal health. Because outcomes depend on the individual, we cannot guarantee identical results for every person. This is standard practice in medical aesthetics and wellness facilities.

Additionally, for safety and compliance reasons, medical-grade products and opened retail items cannot be returned or resold.
Booking Fees
All booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or appointment changes. If you need to reschedule, please call the office at least 24 hours before your appointment.
