Refund & Cancellation Policy
• All online or phone booking fees are non-refundable.
• There will be a pre-authorized $50 non-refundable session fee when you book the  appointment date and time.  If you "no show" or do not cancel within 24 hours by calling or emailing our office, the $50 pre-authorized fee will be charged and it will appear as “Vitality Wellness” on your bank or credit card statement.
• You may cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time by calling (682) 233-6131 or emailing VitalityWellnessTX@gmail.com.
• If you cancel within 24 hours, do not show up, or fully cancel your appointment, the booking fee is liquidated and cannot be transferred to a future appointment.
• Any new appointment requires a new $50 booking fee, paid online or over the phone.
