We're seeing more unhappy people with loads of stress and unattainable expectations for themselves. There's a lack of self-care, unhealthy habits and unmanaged emotional struggle that is literally killing our city!
So, we're doing something about it!
We partnered with experienced professionals and local places around Fort Worth to encourage community transformation from your local experts! We are going to share the science, the healing and the resources that so many people might not know exist RIGHT HERE in our fabulous city!

Our Story
Julie Ratino, MD and Sherry Rutledge, RN are the Fort Worth Doctor/RN team providing health and wellness solutions in Fort Worth! We see so many patients with health struggles, mental fog, exhaustion and emotional pain.
So, we decided to do something about it!
We'd love to feature local experts looking to share a wealth of knowledge about women and men's health in 2025!
We want to cover unexpected resources, new data in the industry and ways to heal our minds and bodies this year!
